![]() Plus they don't make them with a white air can, otherwise I'd simply would have bought a new one and get done with it. ![]() Also my Monarch RT3 is getting back at being a basic air shock without adjustment due to the loss of oil, so I'll bring it in to get fixed (spoke to the same place that did the work before and apparently they made a lot of change around because of such customer complains) and hopefully that'll be the last time the rear shock spoils my ride. However I've been on trails that are a little more gnarly than what XC was intended to be in the early 2000's and where a 140mm travel bike was more appropriate, but not mandatory, and felt like the Judy wasn't giving me every bit of it's travel and that it was time for the final upgrade. Toady I ordered a 2016 SID RCT3 to replace the original Judy Race fork, something I meant to do ever since I bought the bike, but felt like I had to ride it more before I could feel comfortable spending that much money and throwing away a perfectly good fork. ![]() Two years later, pumped up the tires, wiped the oil off the shock, pump the shock, dust off the rims and I've hit the trails 3 days in a row this weekend. Rode a few times, then the bike got hang up in the basement and never saw daylight till last week. In short, rear shock was leaking oil, sent it in with a description of the problem, came back looking great, first couple rides were sweet, till I noticed it started leaking again. So I realized it's been over 2 years since I posted here. ![]()
